This 5-week challenge progresses you through our 28-lesson Bunny Hop Masterclass – from basic front wheel lifts to expanding height and distance to clear obstacles on the trail.
Throughout this challenge you will practice our drills for a minimum of 3 sessions a week, 20 minutes per session.
This challenge is perfect for beginners with no bunny hopping experience or riders that already know how to bunny hop, but struggle with adding the height and distance they desire.

Section 1 (7 lessons)
Learn the basics of manual front wheel lifts - stomps, bike acceleration, braking. Explore the technique adjustments used to bunny hop depending on the type of bike you have.
Section 2 (8 lessons)
Develop an understanding of bunny hop movement patterns, bowl theory, and classic rear wheel lifts. Start shifting from a manual front wheel lift into a classic rear wheel lift.
Section 3 (7 lessons)
Practice landing front wheel first in a bunny flop and learn dynamic absorption body movements. Graduate from using bumps to aid your hops, to hopping over obstacles such as curbs and tree roots.
Section 4 (6 lessons)
Explore hip and hand movements to shift from a bunny flop to a bunny hop. Expand your bunny hop height and distance. Learn to incorporate bunny hops into sloped terrain.
